We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, we are human and sometimes make mistakes in that event here are the options you have:

I booked a consultation but would like to cancel what do I do? In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking you have a few options: 1. We can reschedule your booking free of charge for the first rescheduling as long as it is rescheduled 48 hours in advanced. After the 48 hour window has passed it will be a $25 rescheduling fee. 2. If you do not want to reschedule you can request a full refund minus $50.00 unless otherwise discussed.

I signed up for a course but cannot attend, what should I do? We know life happens and in the event that you are unable to attend class, workshop, or course please let us know within 24 hours by phone or email and we will reschedule your session. If you do not give notice you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.00. No refunds are given on courses, workshops, or classes. A store credit will be issued to use on future courses.

I am a private label client. what are my options if I am unsatisfied? We want to ensure that all of clients are extremely satisfied with their custom products, however may not always be the case. In the event that happens we ask that you refer back to your initial contract for options.

I have paid my invoice in full when can I expect my order? All orders are processed in the order they are received. We encourage ALL of our private label clients to order within 2 weeks so that we have ample time to full process your order. If you need a rush order please contact us for the rush order fee.

***There will be no refunds or credits issued on course material, custom formulations, or unattended bookings (that was not given notice, bookings only)
